Cancellation Policy

TYFIT Online Workout Program – Refund & Access Policy By purchasing any TYFIT online workout program, membership, subscription, or digital content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms: 1. No Refunds All purchases are final. Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to lack of use, scheduling conflicts, change of mind, dissatisfaction, relocation, illness, injury, or failure to complete the program. 2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation If your purchase is a recurring subscription, your membership will automatically renew on your billing date unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not entitle you to a refund for any current or previous billing period. You will continue to have access through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. 3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes By purchasing this program, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting TYFIT to attempt to resolve the issue. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, TYFIT reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to all purchased content and services while the matter is being resolved. TYFIT also reserves the right to provide documentation of this agreement, proof of purchase, login records, and access records to the payment processor or financial institution in response to any dispute. 4. Account Access Your account is licensed for one individual user only. Sharing, distributing, reproducing, recording, selling, or allowing others to access your account or program content is strictly prohibited. TYFIT reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without refund if unauthorized account sharing, misuse, or copyright infringement is detected. 5. Program Availability TYFIT may update, improve, modify, or discontinue portions of the online program at any time to improve the user experience. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund. 6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Access TYFIT reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to any member who violates these terms, engages in abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive behavior, or misuses the platform. Termination for violations of these terms will not result in a refund.
