Cancellation Policy

Attendance & Make-Up Policy Consistency and commitment are essential to achieving results. All scheduled classes are reserved in advance and are expected to be attended as booked. Missed classes cannot be made up. Any unattended session will be forfeited and is not eligible for rescheduling, credits, or refunds. We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, enrollment in our program confirms your commitment to attending your scheduled sessions. This policy ensures fairness, accountability, and consistency for all members. By enrolling in our program, clients acknowledge and agree to this attendance and make-up policy. We are committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful training environment for all clients. Conduct & Harassment Policy Inappropriate behavior of any kind, including unwanted physical contact, harassment, intimidation, or misconduct, will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, or non-verbal actions that create discomfort or a hostile environment. Any individual engaging in inappropriate touching or harassment will be subject to immediate removal from the program without refund. By participating in our classes, all clients agree to uphold a respectful and professional atmosphere at all times. Recording & Media Policy No video, audio, or photography recording is allowed during training sessions unless permission is given in advance. All individuals involved must consent before any recording takes place. Unauthorized recording may result in removal from the session and possible termination of training services.
